I have used lots of different types of glass tiles eg iridescent, stained glass, murrano glass which all catch the light in different ways which makes the piece really shimmer and shine. It is one of a series of 3 mosaic pictures which all show the same garden image at different times of the day -Dawn, Midday and Twilight.Item details: Measures 25 cm by 20 cm. Made with hand cut glass tiles, coloured glass stones and glitter tiles- which are glued onto a MDF board, then grouted in a caramel colour. The back is varnished and has secured fixings for easy hanging.Although I have taken every effort to avoid sharp edges, this piece is made from cut glass, so care needs to be taken when handling and cleaning (for the latter, a soft dry cloth and window cleaner is advised.
