  • Custom-made, personalized items, and clearance items are non-returnable.

  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.
  • Arrange drop-off at our store during operating business hours.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
