Description VROF55 Reflection Measurement Quartz Cell is a precision-engineered fused quartz cell designed for reflection and optical surface measurements. Featuring a 55 × 38 mm clear aperture and a 2.5 mm wall thickness, it offers excellent optical clarity and dimensional stability. The fused fabrication process ensures superior chemical resistance, high thermal tolerance, and clean optical surfaces, making this cell ideal for advanced optical and material science applications. Fused fabrication ensures high optical transmission without adhesives. Wide spectral compatibility in the UV/VIS range (190–2500 nm). Optimized for reflection spectroscopy, mirror coating analysis, and thin-film studies. Fused Fabrication Features Can be heated up to 600 °C (1112 °F) for high-temperature measurements. Assembled with quartz powder — micro-gaps may absorb or stain samples over time, so long-term sample storage is not recommended. Excellent resistance to most acids and bases except HF. Not suitable for strong organic solvents such as toluene, acetone, or similar aggressive chemicals — these may damage the fused structure and shorten the lifespan of the cuvette. No adhesives used — providing clean, inert optical surfaces with minimal background absorption.
