Description VROF10 Reflection Measurement Quartz Cell is a precision fused quartz optical component designed for high-accuracy reflection spectroscopy and surface metrology. Featuring a 10 × 20 mm clear aperture and a 1 mm wall thickness, this cell ensures dimensional stability and superior optical transmission, making it ideal for coating inspection, thin-film analysis, and high-sensitivity reflective measurements. The fused fabrication process delivers clean, adhesive-free optical interfaces and stable geometry, ensuring high repeatability in demanding laboratory and industrial applications. Its compact rectangular structure provides a controlled reflective surface for accurate optical measurements across a broad UV/VIS range. Not compatible with strong organic solvents such as toluene and acetone, which can degrade the fused structure. No adhesives used — providing clean, inert, and stable optical surfaces.
