Description VROF10 Reflection Measurement Quartz Cell is a precision fused quartz optical component designed for high-accuracy reflection spectroscopy and surface metrology. Featuring a 10 × 20 mm clear aperture and a 1 mm wall thickness, this cell ensures dimensional stability and superior optical transmission, making it ideal for coating inspection, thin-film analysis, and high-sensitivity reflective measurements. The fused fabrication process delivers clean, adhesive-free optical interfaces and stable geometry, ensuring high repeatability in demanding laboratory and industrial applications. Not compatible with strong organic solvents such as toluene and acetone, which can degrade the fused structure. No adhesives used — providing clean, inert, and stable optical surfaces.
